New in 1.9:
-----------
  - Smaller size
  - Larger enemies
  - Some minor additions
  - TI-85/86 versions now play at the speed of the 82/83 versions

  Have fun!

-------------
Requirements:
-------------
  TI-82 CrASH
  TI-83 Ashell
  TI-83+ No shell needed
  TI-85 Rigel
  TI-86 No shell needed

----------------
Story/Objective:
----------------
The evil wizard Korifca has threatened to take over the
land of Daphnar! Four heroes have been appointed by Queen
Lisa to defeat him. Only with the power of the shards
will it be possible for our heroes to take him on. The
party must journey to eight caves scattered around the land
in order to recover the shards. Now go warriors!

------------
How to play:
------------
At the title screen, choose "New" or "Continue" using the [UP]
and [DOWN] keys, and press the [2nd] key to make your selection.
Selecting "Continue" will resume a previously saved game.
Choose "New" to start from the beginning.

Note: Joltima comes with a default saved game that starts at
the beginning, however you will not be able to name your
        party unless you choose "New".

To name your party, press [UP] or [DOWN] to cycle through the
available letters and press [2nd] to choose a letter. Press
[ALPHA] to backspace. Each party member must have a 5
letter name. To use less than 5 letters, fill the remaining
with spaces. After naming all 4 party members, the game will
  begin!

Pick good names since you have these characters the whole game.

---------
Controls:
---------
[UP], [DOWN], [LEFT], [RIGHT] - Move the party or cursor

[2nd] - Make a selection / Bring up the subscreen
[ALPHA] - Cancel menu / Skip turn

[GRAPH] - Quit the game (use [EXIT] on TI-85/86)

To talk to somebody, just walk into them.

It's pretty straight forward. If you know Dragon Warrior,
  you're set.

--------------
Party members:
--------------
Knight - can equip almost everything.
          - starts out strong.
          - only character who can use the strongest weapon.

Archer - has a 25% chance of inflicting a 2x shot (an arrow
            animation appears when this happens).

Mage - has a fireball ability. if the mage has MP then
a fireball will be used, otherwise the mage will
do a normal attack. if you don't want to waste
MP, then skip the mage's turn in battle. MP can
be viewed on the Status screen next to the weapon.

Thief - strong like the knight.
          - starts with a LOT of agility.
          - gains levels the fastest and often will get the first
chance to strike, because of agility.

------
Notes:
------
  - That black region on the screen is your vision being blocked.
It represents what you can't see from where you're standing.
You'll have to move around the bend if you want to see over
    there.

  - Standard tactics for RPGs are the way to go. Venture out,
stay at the inn. Venture out farther, go back to the inn...

-----------------
In case you care:
-----------------
  - It took about half a year to finish programming Joltima.

  - The name "Joltima" comes from "Justin's Ultima".

  - Joltima uses almost zero calculator specific calls. The
entire menusystem, fonts, and other functions are all part of
Joltima. This made the game sooooo easy to port.

----------
Thanks to:
----------
  - Movax!! The sprite lib is where it's at. Even though that
routine is about 1% of Joltima, it sparked the whole game
practically. 'Course, now the game uses CrASH_Man's sprite
    routine, but anyway.

  - Waffy. For knowing a lot.

  - Bill Nagel. For always making new stuff. (if something
new is released, it usually has Bill's name on it). This helped
me keep up with what can be done on the 83. oh, yeah, and
ashell. oh and also for the original TI-86 port.

  - Alex Highsmith. For the original 82 port, and just knowing a lot.
Also, I used all his games as a guage of what's good out there.

  - Brother for telling me what's crap and what's not.

  - Class of '98, for being patient. =)

  - Terry Peng for the original TI-85 version.

  - Hideaki Omuro (CrASH_Man) for the new art and optimization.
