Die Hynkel v1.1 (ported from "Asteroids 2: CASIO strikes back")

This is my second version of a ported game from my broken
CASIO CFX-9850G (which was a horrible choice of a calculator).
This was my favorite game, but it was slow, even if I didn't
use any form of delay. Finally, I got a TI-83. Right now I'm
learning Z80 assembly, and I'm already pretty good at BASIC
(considering I had to write all of my own programs on my old
CFX-9850g because of a lack of a PC cable.).

Controls:
Up arrow: UP
Down arrow: DOWN
Left arrow: LEFT
Right arrow: RIGHT

Object:
Control your line (you'll see what I mean) and avoid hitting ANYTHING!
Try to get from the left side of the screen, where you start, to the right side.
There is only a few small openings to do this, and you have to drive your line
ALL the way to the other side--off the screen. The longer you stay alive, the more
points you get (1 point per pixel). You get a 200 point bonus if you make it to the
other side of the screen.

This second version has now:
Pause button: 2nd Press ENTER to continue.
Teacher key: ALPHA !!NOTE: This QUITS the game altogether.!!
Score display and title on bottom of screen.
Ability to play the last arena again. (Saves it in Pic5)
Speed adjustment from 0 to ??(any integer). 0 isn't too fast, but it's faster than 7.

-Enjoy! -=BluBoy=-
