by Alex Roper, Radical Software
alex@radicalsoft.org (alternate: acr34@hotmail.com)

This program is a contest entry for the DetachedS contest. Its basic purpose is to design and play music. If viewing in notepad I recommend you maximize and turn on word wrap.

Current features
*Place, edit and delete notes
*Up to 255 songs on calc at a time
*Plays a song (with VTI Compatible speakers)

Future features-These came from the same list as the above, and I added them until the deadline. I believe that the current features are enough for a decision, but this shows my future ideas.
*Better file select option
*Customize keys
*Key signatures
*Flats and sharps
*Staccato and tenuato
*Maybe a clipboard
*SERIOUS optimization
*Flash streaming
*Saves the clef the user used
*Play from cursor option

Keys
*Left/Right Move X cursor. Scroll off the edge to move over that way.
*Up/Down Move Y cursor, which is used only for placing notes
*2nd Place a note
*ALPHA Place a rest
*Del Delete NOTE POINTED TO-don't delete the last note.
*() Same as scrolling off the screen on the side selected
*1-6 Sets note duration (1=whole, 2 half etc.)
*7 Toggles Clef (Not saved in BETA)
*8 Insert key signature (Not in BETA)
*9 Toggles Staccato/Tenuato/Neither (Not in BETA)
*0 Plays song

Bugs
*Don't press any keys but left, right and enter when loading files. If you want to cancel use ON+CLEAR
*If you scroll past the end of a file, it thinks you are pointing to the last note still.
*The cursor can move wierdly after deleting or inserting a note.
