Equinoxex and Solstices 1.01

The program computes, for a given year, the istant of the equinoxes and solstices.
The algorithms are based on Jean Meuss's "Astronomical algorithms", and the error never
exceeds 51 seconds in the interval 1951-2050. Times are expressed to the nearest second and
are ALL in Dinamical Time, not U.T. The Astronomical Almanac gives the extrapolated
values for T.D.-U.T. in the interval 2000-2006: this difference is between +64s (2000) and
+70s(2006). I do not give U.T. times because the formula I used somewhere else for converting T.D. in U.T.
is not valid in the interval for which the program is valid, i.e. +1000 to +3000.
