Harvest Moon 83+
----------------

OOOOO

OOOOOAF Software
----------------

This is one of my first programs I made, others including SimCity 2000.
This zip file should contain the following files:

For regular Harvest Moon 83+
	hmoon.8xp
	Pic3.8xi
	Pic4.8xi
	ReadMe!.txt

For Harvest Moon 83+ Lite
	hmoonx.8xp
	ReadMe!.txt

Installation
------------
Just transfer hmoon.8xp and the two .8xi files over to your calculator.

Notes
-----
This is an updated version which fixes the numerous bugs I caught in the first version, so this should be much better.

I apologize for how much room this game takes up, but I think that it is well worth it to fit it onto your calculator. The new Harvest Moon 83+ Lite, however, takes up almost 2000 bytes less if that helps you. It helps a lot if you have played Harvest Moon 64 or another Harvest Moon, but if not, that's fine, just be sure to read this readme file thoroughly.

Instructions
------------
First of all, the goal of this game is the same as in the N64 version, make a lot of money while farming, raising animals, and building a relationship with a friend.
First, enter your farm's name and your name. Be sure to use alpha lock (2nd Alpha) for words. Next, you will see the main screen. This has your vital information, such as season, day (each season has 31 days), time (in military time 1-24)(you wake up at 7, go to bed at 22, and each task takes one hour), and inventory. At the bottom of the screen is the menu bar. Use the Function keys (Y=, Window, Zoom, Trace, and Graph) to select the menu item. Selecting crops will show you your crops for the season. You can have 3 plots of each of the two crops. Grass is cumulative. The number on the left is the amount of the crop you have, and the number on the right is how many days until you can harvest the crop (that is, if you water them each day). Selecting pets will show you your animals. You start the game with one dog (which you dont have to feed). You can buy cows and chickens as the game goes on. Be sure to feed them EVERY DAY or else they will die! To feed an animal, go to the work menu option and select feed animals. This uses grass, so make sure you have plenty of grass! Each cow will eat 2 bundles of grass per day and each chicken will eat one per day. If you don't have enough grass to feed all, it will try to feed the cows first. If there is not enough for the cows, it will feed the chickens then. It will not feed only some cows or chickens, it must feed all chickens/cows at one time, so make sure you have plenty of grass! Only select feed pets once a day or else they will die from over eating! You don't have to worry about feeding the animals during the winter when grass doesn't grow because your friends the elves will feed them for you. Selecting the work option will take you to your work options. Harvest crops will harvest all crops that are ready to be harvested. Water plants will water the plants, essential for the plants to grow that day. Feed pets has already been explained. Once again, ONLY DO THIS ONCE PER DAY! Collect eggs/milk will get eggs from your chickens (at $20 an egg, one egg per chicken per day)/ milk from your cows (at $100 per gallon, one gallon per cow a day). Sleep will end the current day and start fresh at 7 the next morning. The town option will take you into town so that you can go to the different stores. Just push the number next to the store to go to that store.

Store What you do there
----- -----------------
1) Seeds Buy plant seeds
2) Frnds House (friend's house) Give gifts to your friend
3) Town Hall Displays same information given here
4) Bake Shop Buy cakes
5) Bar Get information on the season's crops
6) Gen Store (general store) Buy cows and chickens
7) Cave Collect rocks during the winter

The misc menu option will allow you to save your game or exit.
